Booking an appointment:

When booking an appointment we require a 50% non-refundable booking fee to secure your slot. 

With at least 48 hours’ notice, this fee can be transferred to a new date/time. 

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the fee.

Cancellations & No-Shows:
No-shows or failure to cancel within 48 hours may result in being charged the full appointment fee.
If you have multiple treatments booked and cancel one with less than 48 hours' notice, we may charge for all missed treatments.

Children:
Unsupervised children are not permitted in the clinic due to safety. If childcare is not arranged and children are brought without adult supervision, your appointment may be cancelled and fully charged.

Parking:
Free parking is available in two public car parks and white bay 2-hour spots on Ingatestone High Street. Please allow extra time for parking.

Late Arrivals:
We offer a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals after this may result in a shortened service or full cancellation with no refund.
